Trusted By Working Brands
Agencies, venues, practices, and product brands print their brochures with SilkCards.
Brochures and flyers printed full color and full bleed, on 100# text or 12pt and 16pt card stock, at 8.5 x 11 flat or any flat size you need. Scored or folded, with a silk, suede, or gloss UV surface and the full finish library. Every brochure is built to spec, so every brochure is quoted to spec.
Quoted to spec · 500 to 5,000 · 7 working days
A brochure is not one product with one price. Flat size, stock, surface, folding, quantity, and finishes all move the number, and no honest price list can cover that many combinations. So we quote each one properly instead of pretending otherwise. Start with the stock below and we will take it from there.
Brochures print on three standard stocks, from a 100# text sheet that folds into panels to 16pt card that stands up as a flat piece. Other stocks are available on request.
Standard size is 8.5 x 11 flat. Quantities run 500 to 5,000, or custom.

Our default brochure sheet, and the one to choose when the brochure folds. Light and flexible, with room for a full-color spread across every panel.
100# text (157gsm), 8.5 x 11 flat or a custom size, 500 to 5,000 or a custom run. Tell us the size, quantity, and finishes and we come back with a real number.
Card weight with real stiffness. A flat sheet that feels like a finished piece rather than a page, or a heavier fold when you add scoring.
12pt card stock (250gsm), 8.5 x 11 flat or a custom size, 500 to 5,000 or a custom run. Tell us the size, quantity, and finishes and we come back with a real number.
Our heaviest brochure stock. For a flat sell sheet or price list that should feel substantial the moment it is handed over.
16pt card stock (350gsm), 8.5 x 11 flat or a custom size, 500 to 5,000 or a custom run. Tell us the size, quantity, and finishes and we come back with a real number.
Another stock or weight. Tell us what you have in mind and we will build the quote around it.
Any other stock or weight, 8.5 x 11 flat or a custom size, 500 to 5,000 or a custom run. Tell us the size, quantity, and finishes and we come back with a real number.
The stock sets how the brochure handles. The surface sets how it looks and feels in the hand, and it decides whether spot UV is possible. You pick both independently. Coated is the standard surface. Scoring, or scoring and folding, can be added to any brochure.
| Surface | Takes spot UV | Where it works |
|---|---|---|
| Coated (C2S) | No | The standard. Coated on both sides, with bright color and nothing added on top. |
| Silk | Yes | A smooth matte that is more scratch resistant than coated. The upgrade that makes a brochure feel considered. |
| Gloss UV | No | High shine for brochures carried by product photography rather than text. |
| Suede | Yes | A soft matte, and the most scratch resistant surface we offer. Noticed the moment it is picked up. |
The whole SilkCards finish library applies here — same process, same craft. Add only the finishes that fit the piece; we confirm compatibility with your stock and size before production.
Premium finishes are priced by quote — tell us the finish, size, and quantity and we'll confirm the add-on.
| Finish | Price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Foil (flat) | Quote | Metallic accents — gold, silver, copper, and 38 foil colors in all — that catch the light. |
| Spot-UV (flat gloss) | Quote | A high-gloss layer over matte — contrast you see as the piece turns. |
| Die-cut (custom shape) | Quote | A custom outline or rounded corners so the piece is not just another rectangle. |
| Edge paint | Quote | A band of color painted onto the edge of thick stock — a finished detail. |
| Emboss / deboss | Quote | Pressed relief that adds dimension without ink. |

Quoting Without The Runaround
Brochures are quoted rather than priced on a table because size, stock, surface, folding, quantity, and finishes multiply into more combinations than a price list can honestly hold.
Agencies, venues, practices, and product brands print their brochures with SilkCards.
Order from the team that prints, folds, and finishes the job, not a storefront passing it to someone else.
Tell us the spec and get a price for exactly that build, so you know what the brochure costs before you order it.
Foil, spot-UV, emboss, die cut, and colored edges. The same premium finishes as our business cards, on a brochure.

See the finishes on screen. Confirm the decision in your hand. Your free sample kit lets you feel foil, spot-UV, silk, and soft-touch suede on premium stock, and see how the colors really print, before you commit to a brochure run.
A folded brochure is layout with rules of its own: panels that read in the right order once folded, a front panel that works on its own, and nothing important sitting on a fold. Our custom design service covers panel layout, correct bleed, and any foil or spot UV set up to register. Already have print-ready files? Upload them with your order.
A website stays on a screen. A brochure gets picked up at a counter, a booth, or a front desk and carried out the door, and it keeps making your case after the conversation is over. That rewards a different kind of production.
The brochure is what someone reads on the way home, on the kitchen table, or in the next meeting. It is the part of the pitch you are not in the room for.
Before anyone reads a panel, the stock and the surface have already told them what kind of company made it. Silk or suede says it faster than a headline.
Every brochure is quoted on its flat size, then scored, or scored and folded, so the panels open the way the layout intends.
The same craft as our business cards: foil, spot UV, emboss, deboss, die cut, and colored edges. Same process, on a bigger sheet.
Because you pick the two independently, the smart build is usually simple: choose the weight for how the brochure is used, then the surface for how it should feel. 100# text folds into panels. 12pt or 16pt card stands up as a flat piece. Silk or suede adds the finish, and it is the surface spot UV needs.
100# text for a brochure that folds, 12pt or 16pt card for a flat piece with weight behind it. 100# is our default.
Coated is the standard. Silk for a smooth matte, suede for soft-touch, gloss UV for maximum shine.
Not sure which combination is right? Say what the brochure is for in your quote request and we will recommend a pairing.
Most brochure printers give you gloss paper and a fold. The front panel is where a finish decides whether the brochure gets picked up at all, and it is the cheapest place to spend.
Solid metallics through rainbow, pearlescent, facet, and speckle foils. On a front panel, foil is what makes the brochure get picked up first.
See in a sample →High-gloss detail over a silk or suede surface, or a die-cut shape that makes the brochure stand out from every rectangle beside it.
See in a sample →Pressed relief that adds dimension without ink, and rounded corners that stop the brochure dog-earing in a bag.
See in a sample →A band of color on the edge of the sheet, in metallic, fluorescent, or standard ink.
See in a sample →A counter, a booth, and a mailbox all want a different brochure. We help match the stock, surface, and finish to where it will be read.
The classic folded brochure for a front desk or a counter, with a front panel that does the selling on its own.
02Heavier card that gets handled again and again, with a surface that resists scuffs.
03A launch party, a gala, or an opening night, where the brochure is part of the invitation to take the brand seriously.
04Listing and development brochures that let the photography carry the sale.
05A clear explanation of what you do, left behind after the appointment so the decision can be made at home.
06The piece a rep hands over at the booth, or slips into a presentation folder with a card.
The stock carries the information, but the surface is what the hand notices first. Moving from the standard coated sheet to silk is the single change that most alters how a brochure is received, and it is the change that opens up spot UV.
Size, stock, quantity, surface, finishes. Most quotes come back within 1 or 2 working days, and you'll know exactly what your brochure costs.
